Self-awareness through Counselling & Yoga
Jen teaches Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. She is a qualified counsellor (Graduate Diploma in Counselling) and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist who specialises in Yoga Therapy and Person-Centered Counselling.
Meet Jen
Jen began sharing her love of yoga in 2016 after completing Hatha Yoga training in Nasik, India, numerous Yoga courses and certifications, and a 12-month Yoga Teaching Apprenticeship in Wollongong. Her yoga studies include Trauma-Sensitive yoga, Yoga Therapy, and the Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga styles.
Jen is a qualified counsellor (Graduate Diploma in Counselling) and wellness coach, who mindfully blends various aspects from her counselling and yoga training into the practices she shares with her students.
Jen has a deep respect for the sacred path of yoga and hopes to share the joy, happiness, and peace it brings with those around her.
